Join us in Los Angeles for the official Cycle 01 kickoff. This is where it all starts, pick up your reading kit in person, meet the community you'll be reading alongside, and step into the world of The Odyssey together.

For LA-based members, your RSVP replaces kit shipping, your ticket includes your full Cycle 01 kit, handed to you at the event. No separate purchase needed.

    We're meeting at a park, feel free to bring snacks or beverages for yourself or to share!

    We close the afternoon with a relaxed conversation to set the tone for the cycle. No pressure, no wrong answers , just curiosity, connection, and the beginning of something worth reading slowly.

    Discussion topics will be shared ahead of the event so you can come prepared and ready to contribute.

We're deep in The Odyssey now. Reading Day is a relaxed mid-cycle gathering designed for one thing, being present with the story and the people sharing it. Whether you're ahead of schedule, right on track, or quietly catching up, all that matters is that you show up.

Expect a slow afternoon of quiet reading, light discussion, and a hands-on activity inspired by the world of the epic. Come as you are. Leave a little more inside the story.

  • ARRIVE & SETTLE IN

    Find your spot, get comfortable, and crack open your book. This is intentional slow time, no agenda, no pressure. Just readers, in a room together, choosing presence over distraction.

    READ

    The main event. We read together in comfortable silence, side by side, at our own pace, wherever we are in the story. There's something quietly powerful about sharing space with people who are inside the same world you are.

    Don't forget to bring your copy of The Odyssey.

    THE ACTIVITY

    A light mid-cycle activity inspired by The Odyssey, designed to be fun, easy, and a natural break from reading. Details revealed at the event.

    OPEN CONVERSATION

    We close with some easy, unstructured chat, how the reading is going, what's surprising us, what we can't stop thinking about. No formal discussion, just readers talking to readers.
